Products Covered: 

Vista, Vista View, Grand View, Super Foam Roofs, Glass Roof Panels.  Any defect in
a Mystic Sunrooms manufactured product.

Products or Problems Not Covered:

1. Damage caused during shipping or installation of product.
2. Damage caused during malicious destruction or acts of God.
3. Damage resulting from the enclosure, the room, or the component parts thereof
   being used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended.
4. Damage resulting from the use of non-Mystic parts.
5. Damage as a result of failure to adhere to local building codes.
6. Damage as a result of failure to construct according to Mystic-specified engineering installation specifications.
7. Damage as a result of normal wear and tear.

Coverage Period:

1. Insulated glass (seal failures) – Lifetime
2. Spontaneous glass breakage – Lifetime
3. Super Foam Roof Panels – Lifetime
4. All other manufactured Mystic products – 20 years from the date of purchase.

Mystic Sunrooms’ Responsibility:

Mystic Sunrooms will at its option, replace or refund the costs of materials, F.O.B. Macedonia, Ohio.  Labor costs and other incidental
costs and expenses will not be reimbursed.

Conditions to Receiving Warranty:

1. Mystic reserves the right to require that the defective parts be returned to Mystic or that the purchaser hold the defective parts
   for a reasonable period of time to allow Mystic to inspect the defective parts.
2. Super Foam Roof Panels must be installed in accordance with Mystic Engineering specifications.
3. Routine maintenance of cleaning roller tracks of debris must be performed on the product during the term of the warranty.

Products Not Manufactured by Mystic Sunrooms:

The above noted warranties are not applicable to any product not manufactured by Mystic, even if Mystic purchases such products. 
Any warranty on these products is limited to the warranty provided by the manufacturer.  However, Mystic will provide assistance as
deemed necessary in an effort to resolve problems with the manufacturer of origin.

Warranty is subject to change at Mystic’s sole discretion.
